Before you upload any documents, please check the requirements carefully and ensure that your portfolio covers ALL THREE of the required sections:

• Learning log

• A briefing note for each practice development session

• Reflective essay

Uploading your documents

Once you have checked that your portfolio covers all three of the required areas, you can upload it. Please note that we use OneDrive to store your documents securely and in compliance with data protection legislation.

• You may upload your portfolio documents as MS Word files or as PDF files.

• Please put your own name in the boxes in the upload page so we can identify your submission documents accurately.
